This business is all about the money! We were here on vacation, and front passenger side cv axel was suddenly acting up and knew it needed to be replaced Friday afternoon so we would make it home Sunday! When we get there they said the driver side needed to be replaced, and I don't doubt that, but I asked for the other one yo be fixed knowing that was the one that was giving us the issues! So they fix it, very quickly, which was the only good thing about this place. We get in the car and the passenger side axle is making all kinds of noise. They were closed so we could not call of course! With the thought that no repair place was open on Sunday we try to make it home! Well we break down 30 mins out of town! So if this place listened to what we wanted and fixed the passenger side axle I truly feel we would have made it back home! They changed us $250 and back home it would have been $160. Then we paid $120 for a tow and are now getting the one we asked to get fixed replaced now for $200 on Sunday! This place sucks!
Place is a joke and a half, I brought my BMW there and they had it for nearly 3 weeks, and hadn't gotten any progress done until I called a European specialist to go do a diagnostics tests on it. The workers there are very unexperienced and they do not take Critisism like a grown man should. Place is essentially a tire shop. Do not bring your vehicle there for any engine problems. I grew up in and around garages and engines, they do not have what it takes. After doing 0 progress and me having to call in a specialist to go to that garage and do the test, they want to charge me for the labor. What labor did they do besides drive it 3 times. I have sent the car to a different shop down the road and they are much easier to cooperate with and he is also the specialist I called in to do the test on my 03 BMW M3. 0 out of 10 rating for C&J AUTOMOTIVE
