For one practitioners attitudes towards customers are horrible. For two the doctor said the flea meds I've been using for my dog since he was a puppy was fine and the practitioners said it was unsafe. Obviously they don't know what they are talking about.and not to mention they said he pooped in the floor and they done a fecal examination without my permission and expected me to just pay out of pocket unknowingly. My dog never has accidents inside anywhere EVER. And when we walk outside he poops like he always does so therefore proves I was lied to and expected to pay 40 dollars for an exam that didn't even take place. All around the owner MARK is rude and obviously just out to Rob your pocket. I will never bring my dog back to this place EVER AGAIN.
I've been here FOUR times in the last month because they don't know what they're doing. The room had not been cleaned or sanitized from the last pet, urine and fur all over the floor. Orignially took my dog in for a routine visit, they found he had an ear infection and fever, gave him vaccinations anyways which I found out afterward is a big no no. 3 days later my dogs skin broke out in nasty sores and is rapidly spreading. Each time we take him back the doctors say they don't know what is wrong and "try" a different antibiotic. His health is now rapidly declining and we're frantically trying to find a new vet that can help. Assistants don't know what they're doing, they talk bad about the doctors behind their back and give conflicting advice. Wait is over an hour each time.
Such sweet friendly people. Easy to tell they are all animal lovers.
They act like you're a burden. Every time I visit they're overwhelming busy. I don't want to be there. I don't want to spend money. I have a busy schedule too. I just didn't feel welcome and appreciated for giving my business to them. They took care of me dog, but fail to provide good customer service. Long story short, I'm moving my business elsewhere.
I don't recommend this place. I haven't had a good experience.

I took our adopted kitten in for 1st round vaccines and neuter. I was greeted like an old friend, even though it was my first visit. The next day , on a visit to check on our kitten , I was greeted by Dr. Bradler , the veterinarian, who not only explained the treatment plan in detail , but took me on a tour of their state of the art facility. I was blown away by every staff members compassion for the animals , and their professionalism. What a wonderful place , full of wonderful people. I gave 5 stars because it was as high as it goes , they deserve 10 ! Thank you !
Do not go here.
