Completely unprofessional. Was great at first, and the more I order, quality goes south. Once I saw this, I called to talk to the manager to discuss. She tried to talk over me the whole time when all I was trying to do was explain the difference of my experiences. I was unpleased because I really liked the place to begin with. Very rude and completely overpriced, plus I have asked multiple times for my sandwich to be toasted and it’s completely soggy. Will never order from the Hampstead location again and will be vigorous to encourage others to do the same.

Love their food selection. The pizzas are delicious and huge! Steak is delicious and always has been cooked as ordered. Great menu!
Stopped in while traveling. Kid friendly. I had bacon cheeseburger cooked med. rare. It tasted like beef, was juicy, and bun was fresh. Others in party had steak and cheese sandwich, turkey and cheese sandwich. In particular the meatloaf. Said it was exceptional. Filler was oats rather than breadcrumbs. Child had PB&J... Grape jelly. Would recommend asking that the jelly be mixed with the peanut butter prior to spreading because grape jelly doesn't spread well and slips out as soon as picked up.
Restaurant was very clean, but it was dark so it could have been hiding a bit. Art on walls is for sale.
Decent food. Wings were amazing. Salads were OK. Waitress never told us about the specials. I only found out about it on my way to the bathroom. Nice and quiet place though. I definitely will go back.
