Least helpful tool department ever. The man working seemed annoyed I was bothering him. And didnt take my questions seriously or even seem to listen to me at all. :( go to another location
They have inexperienced part time employees. They may sell the most appliances of anybody and have the best price but pay a little extra. You will be so happy you did. Don't make the mistake we did. Pay $5000 for a new kitchen appliance set and have every step from ordering to delivery to installation bungled. Pass on this place. Trust me

Never order anything from the Lowes in Jacksonville!!!! Worst customer service ever. Ordered a Fridge on Oct 2nd promised on the 19th. It is now the 26th and the store just got it and the only way I found out was by calling. Operator said it was in, then scheduling said it was at Surf City.. Called back to Manager and he found it in the back of the store. Shipping said I bought it at Surf City (stupid people) They would get no stars if I could. This is the second time I have had problems in this store. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
I've always got great service but especially today where an employee went above and beyond to help me out.
Their wood cutter is down (and Irma is approaching) so I purchased a manual saw and asked this employee if he thought I could cut it myself (I doubted mysef), thats when he offered to do it - manually. SO AWESOME.

My biggest complaint with this store is the way their outdoor garden section is run. Spring and fall are the busiest times of year for gardeners and landscapers. EVERY time I come here, they have just ONE checkout lane open outside. This would make sense on the week days perhaps, but on the weekends... there is no reason to not have two checkout lanes open outside. It makes going here rather miserable, I may have to drive further for a better run location.
