Great store. Can be pricey and deli closes early. If you want hot food,deli foods or salad bar. ..go early.
They have "customer in service" carts, which is all my daughter needs to be excited about shopping. I do also like that the isles are low (short) enough to see across to the other isles. Nice smaller grocery store with very nice staff.
Max props to the seafood department at Lowes Food Hampstead. From the associates to the manager helped me out immensely with rather large lobster tails I needed for Christmas. 2 pound lobster tails I highly recommend Lowes Food Hampstead very courteous people very friendly
The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is always very clean and organized. I like the shorter shelving so the store feels open. Prices can be higher on some things, but I appreciate the amount of local or NC-based products they offer and the convenience of the location.
