I've been to quite a few dental offices in the Wilmington area over the past (18) years and am thankful to have found Otero Family Dentistry. The staff is extremely courteous, caring and professional and Doctor Otero is fantastic. He takes the time to explain any procedures in great detail and in comparison to other work I've had in the past (fillings/cavities), his was by far the best.

The Staff are nice and pleasant. The area is so clean and sophisticated. We've been coming over there since we moved here in Hampstead 2014 and we never met any problems. Doctor Otero itself is so nice and very down to earth. Highly recommend this place.
I am a 65 year old who had an impacted wisdom tooth around a bone. By all standards,this was suppose to be a very painful extraction.Dr Otero removed it in 10 minutes with zero pain,and I had no pain after the procedure.I didn't need to even take an aspirin.Dr Otero is incredibly talented,kind and caring with a staff that is second to none.As a former professor,fortune 500 Executive and author,I take my recommendations seriously and I am very selective about who I recommend.Take my word for it,Dr Otero and his team are the best.When I moved here from NY, I was convinced that I would have to settle for 2nd best.
